GUIDELINES FOR VENDORS* Acceptable items to be sold at Market: vegetables, seedlings, plants, herbs, preserves, soaps, lotions and candles. Member-produced foodstuffs and baked goods pursuant to all local health regulations. Honeys, bee products, syrups and sorghums. Value-added dried fruits and vegetables. Hand made craft items* Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs and any coverings. Selling from your vehicle is acceptable.* Vendors not selling from their vehicles are required to park outside the market area.* Vehicles may not enter or leave during the market.* For health and safety reasons, vendors may not bring pets to market.
* All vendors are responsible for collecting and removal of their own garbage.
* Vendors are responsible to know and comply with all regulations of the Adams County Health Department 260-724-5326.
* Questions should be referred to the Market Master supervising the Market that evening - their decision is final.* Management reserves the right to deem any item(s) not acceptable to be sold at the Market.No set-up prior to 3:00 p.m.
NO vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit the market area between 3:30 and 6:30
Vendors should be set up and ready by 3:30 PM and remain until 6:30 PM unless "sold out" prior to that time. |
